9:30 Gates Open

10:00 Vendor Village open (closes at 4:00) sponsored by the Shops at Stonefield

Vendors include: Buzzing Bee Coffee; Spark Studio – permanent jewelry; Foxfield merchandise with Speaking of Horses; Bellavance Ink – local and whimsical art for the Charlottesville/Richmond Virginia area; Free face painting; Two Labs Coffee (bagged ground and whole bean coffee, coffee-infused chocolate bars, stoneware mugs, coffee scoops, tote bags), J Wilder Imports (polo belts, various slides, hang bags and dog collars) and more.

10:00 Children’s Tent open (closes at 3:00) sponsored by Virginia Tent Rental

Children’s activities in the tent include: Build with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Charlottesville, Free Union Country School (stick pony made with pool noodles), Pikasso Swig (painting craft), Be a CBS19 Junior Reporter and VDW Airplanes (paper airplanes).

Children’s activities just outside the tent include: Triple C Camp (obstacle course), Green Adventure Project School (nature exploration), Orvis (fly fishing), Flower Playground (toddler play yard), Camp Holiday Trails (inflatable archery & fishing), 4-H Hoof n’ Woof (pony petting & kids jumping circuit), Charlottesville Blues Football Club (soccer maneuvers plus mascot and player appearances), Dixie Pony (free pony rides)

10:00 Food Trucks open: Arepas on Wheels, FARMacy, Blue Ridge Pizza Company, jiji’s Custard and Premier Baking Company.
