On the last Saturday in April and the last Sunday in September the steeplechase tradition is continued in the rolling hunt countryside of Albemarle County, Virginia. The Foxfield Races, located just west of Charlottesville, is a premier horse event attracting thousands of people from Virginia, and the Eastern Seaboard. Picnics, tailgating and tent parties abound in anticipation of the 6 steeplechase races run biannually in the shadow of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Since 1978, Foxfield has provided businesses with the opportunity to reach the Central Virginia, Richmond and Shenandoah Valley upscale markets while entertaining business associates, customers and prospects.
