All caterers coming on grounds at the Foxfield Race Course must be licensed by the Foxfield Racing Association (FRA). Caterers may drop off food at parking spaces but will need the proper credentials to come in the gate. These credentials can be obtained at the Race Office. Tents are allowed in the Business Sponsor, Chalet Tent, and South Hill areas only. Rentals such as tables, chairs, and linens may be ordered for tents only through FRA. Rentals cannot be dropped at parking spaces.
