BENEFICIARY INFORMATION
For each race meet, a non-profit 501c3 organization is chosen from a pool of applicants to benefit from the association with the Foxfield Races. In addition to a financial donation from Foxfield, the beneficiary has the opportunity to throw a pre-race event with all of the proceeds going directly to the charity. Foxfield assists the beneficiary through advertising the event in almost every vehicle used to advertise the races including the race invitation, poster, website, TV, radio, and print ads. On race day, the beneficiary has the opportunity of introducing their cause to our audience along with a page in the race day program. They receive an entertaining tent in the Business Sponsor Section along with tickets and parking for their guests. Foxfield is open to a beneficiary's ideas for earning additional funds and encourages each group to maximize this opportunity.
To apply to be a beneficiary, please write a letter to the Foxfield Racing Association requesting such, and include any and all information about your group and cause. The beneficiaries are chosen 12 - 18 months prior to their race meet and will be notified by telephone.
